Here are some common problems/solutions:

Problem: The Page looks funny - Columns are not adjusted correctly

Solution

1.) Use another Web browser. Unfortunatley we are bound by the terms of internet rules - some browsers are better than others (hem hem - FireFox).

2.) If you are on Internet Explorer 6 - step out of the cave and update your machine.

Problem: I cant seem to enter CAPTCHA correctly - everything seems fine - whats up?

Solution:

1.) Try clearing your Browser cache. In FireFox -> Tools -> Private Data

Problem: I installed Flash Player 10 and now I don't see the Media Player or Digital Download Sampls - What gives?

Solution:

1.) Please clear your browser cache and try again. After Flash 10.0.1 our ActionScript code became sensitive to some changes. We have since then corrected the ActionScript to work well with Flash 10. Enjoy.

Problem: I purchased a Digital Download from DJRx Store, but I don't see a link to my download.

Solution:

1.) Look on the reciept page - the link is in Green below your order Total. -> this will send you to a seperate page where you can download your product.

Problem: I purchased a Digital Download - I tried to download it to my computer but for some reason it did not fully download.

Solution:

1.) You have 2 oppertunites to download your Digital Download. We record IP addresses to limit file sharing - so if you mess up more than twice - try emailing our staff and they can trace your order with your account information. Please don't give our music away - one luv.

Problem: I have a strange growth on my left hand after using the computer for too many hours while listening to new Jukie Music - is there a cure for such a thing?

Solution:

1.) Try using your Right hand.

2.) Use nail polish remover to remove debris from your computer keys by placing a small amount on a que tip and apply gently to each key until all keys are clean.

3.) Read books.
